West Side 10K and 5K 13th August 2011

10K - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Male,  1st, 2nd and 3rd Female, 1st 40+ Male and 1st 35+ Female

5K Run/Walk - 1st, 2nd & 3rd overall plus 1st, 2nd and 3rd -16 Boy and 1st, 2nd and 3rd -16 Girl

West Side 10K  The start is just east of the Shawbost Community Centre and continues down to North Bragar (4K just before Denis Autos) before turning onto the Bragar village road and its a straight run to 6.5K then coming back out onto the main road via the South Bragar road going past the village shop. Then its 2K back to the finish at the entrance into the Community Centre carpark.

West Side 5K Start is at the Shawbost football ground followed by a right turn in the Bragar direction and up the brae before taking the first turning on the left to head towards the shore. Sharp left at the bottom of the hill takes the course along the shore till it meets the South Shawbost Road just shy of 3K. It joins the main road just after 4K and its a short run back to the finish line at the Community Centre entrance.
